INTERNET SERVICES
ISG Internet Access
Ideal Solutions Group (ISG) brings to market a unique portfolio of secure, symmetrical high-speed Business Internet connectivity
options. Our technology, network topography, and responsive service support places the data transmission performance of our
solutions on the same platform as "high-end" Telecommunication companies.
Performance
Delivering quality internet services is key. In order to establish quality benchmarks, we implement performance measurements for
evaluating efficiency, effectiveness, and results to support the organization's value of its connection objectives. Statistics
show that for many organizations, measuring internet performance is a cost prohibitive, difficult and time consuming exercise.
ISG constantly monitors performance over its infrastructure which allows clients the ability to determine how much the internet or
data access is worth and its value quantified.
Flexibility
Great flexibility and scalability exists with respect to the Internet connection selected to support your business. Ideal Solutions
Group will ensure the solution selected is consistent with your needs, and designed to be compatible with the future growth needs
of your business.

High bandwidth Data connections
What do we mean when we say "Bandwidth"?
Bandwidth is the gap between the lowest and highest frequencies that is employed by network signals. More commonly, it
refers to the rated throughput capacity of a network protocol or medium. The unit measurement used to describe Internet
bandwidth is Kilobits per second (Kbps). A modem rated for 56 Kbps transfer, for example, can receive data at any speed
to a maximum of 56 Kbps. We can use the analogy of Bandwidth to that of a speed limit, such as 60m.p.h. A streaming
video's bit rate can be analogous to car speed. With the intervention of variables such traffic and weather, a car may
be able to travel only 20 m.p.h. Due to network congestion and server load, a 56 Kbps modem can receive 30 Kbps of data
one instance, 42 Kbps of data another.
